HOW TO SEND YOUR INSTRUMENT TO OUR SERVICE CENTER
For a safe and hassle-free shipment of your MAS-100 air sampler or digital anemometer to our service center, we have compiled all information and documents for you. Follow the step-by-step instructions and enjoy a quick and smooth process.
ACCREDITED AIR FLOW CALIBRATION
OWN CALIBRATION LABORATORY ACCREDITED ACCORDING TO ISO 17025
Air. Nothing else. This is obvious. But what is the exact air flow of your air sampler?
Regular calibration is part of every quality management system. To be sure that your sampling is carried out with the correct air flow, your air sampler is calibrated with our high-precision digital anemometer. This we calibrate for correct and defined air volume flow in our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service SAS. Thereby it is ensured that each measurement is traceable to international standards. And you have the guarantee that your samples were collected in a compliant manner.

Modification work MBV calibration laboratory
In order to continuously improve our service and reduce waiting times for calibration requests, we are expanding our calibration laboratory by adding an additional measuring station.
For this reason, the MBV calibration laboratory is being remodelled from 02.-27.09.24. During this time, the calibration laboratory will be closed. Instruments of the series MAS-100 Regulus, MAS-100 Venus, DA-100 NT and DA-100 can neither be repaired nor calibrated.
Operations will resume as usual from 30.09.24 on.
We therefore ask you to send us your instruments by no later than 26.07.24 so that we can return them to you calibrated and repaired before the remodelling work begins.
