We live flexibility
- 40 hours standard working time + 1 hour pre-work time per week
- Daily 15-minute paid break in the morning (9:15-9:30 a.m.)
- Free holiday bridge days e.g. Christmas, Ascension etc. (5-7 days/year) - they are compensated via the pre-work time
- Flexible working hours and home office option with equipment
- At least 25 vacation days increasing with age (from 41 years +2 days, from 51 years +5 days)
- Option to purchase up to 10 additional vacation days per year
Attractive compensation
- Market-oriented target salary: 13 monthly salaries + variable component as bonus (depending on business results)
- Bonuses for long service or the placement of new employees

For more than 10 years Michael Hochstrasser was part of the MBV team in various roles in our development department and had a significant influence on our MAS-100 air sampler product portfolio. We look back on these exciting and challenging years in a short interview.

It is important to us to introduce new employees to MBV comprehensively and professionally. That's why you will not only get to know every department along our value chain as well as your new team colleagues during the first weeks, but also have the chance to lend a hand right from the start. Not only here at MBV, but also in production at our sister company Femron AG.
Take a look behind the scenes of production and try your own hand at various assembly steps, have a look over the shoulders of our service team during the sensitive calibration of our precision instruments, get inspired by future-oriented product ideas in the RnD, learn from our product managers about the diverse needs of our customers, brainstorm with our marketing team about upcoming social media contributions and experience the busy day-to-day life in the back office.
